MICE – our international seminar “Vocational competences in MICE sector” took place in Dublin 14/09/22. We welcomed our guests from Ireland 🇮🇪, Poland 🇵🇱 and UK 🇬🇧.
Professionals met to discuss the challenges in business including MICE sector. We talked about “What makes a good event” and how to improve and increase professional competences and the ability to use various types of tools needed on the business market and required by customers and organisers of MICE events (Meetings – Incentives – Conferences – Events).
The objectives and results of the seminar correspond directly to the priorities of Action 2 Strategic Partnerships in the field of vocational education and training.
We discussed different strategies for business looking at tools and solutions enabling the development of key and professional competences of event organisers, and thus improving the quality of MICE services and increasing soft skills allowing for building local and inter-industry partnerships (HORECA, PR, marketing, etc.).
Our guest speakers Domi Marcinkowska, Gosia Wojciulewicz and Doug Gordon did a great job! Thank you for your input!
We had a chance to talk to artists including Ewa Kolasik but we will create a separate post to show you Ewa’a amazing work!
