Course Format: Self-Study Time:

Approximately 60 Hours theory (Self-Study) based on Self-starting methods

2 hours a week (24 weeks – zoom classes)

12 hours (workshop, research, presentation).

The Managing Stress – Level 2 Course is designed for people who wish to develop a greater understanding of the nature, causes, symptoms and techniques for managing stress, at a personal and workplace level.

Someone who already achieved Level 1 and looking for improvement of standards and understanding.

Stress is a biological term which refers to the consequences of the failure to respond appropriately to emotional or physical threats, whether actual or imagined. Activity (dance, fitness, walk, gym etc.) is number one to get rid of high stress level.

Knowing how to recognise stress and management trough activity you are able to create better value of life on the daily basis .
