Aleksandra Marcinkowska is a PhD researcher (immigration law) at University of Bradford UK the School of Law; associate lecturer at UoB UK – EU and International Law and Land Law.
Aleksandra is the CEO of EDU SMART TRAINING CENTRE UK & Ireland international company, creator of an international trademark service DIALOG of Transformation ® Innovative Training for businesses providing service around CSR, ESG, MICE, mediation, Green Industry. Founder of UK BUTTERFLIES mediation and immigration centre in the UK for EU / EEA / EFTA citizens and their non EU family members to secure their status after BREXIT. Her limited company provides guidance, training and resources to businesses, start ups, universities, councils, ministries, carrying research, running workshops or bespoke courses & trainings; tutorial, lecture, networking and education, recruiting partners and team members from the business market and beyond in Europe. She supports social and business field in upskilling staff across the EU and the UK.

She is qualified PTSD & RTZ therapist, international mediator and immigration adviser.
Why law, mediation and therapy? Because of the holistic approach and complexity of her cases and clients she must be an expert to follow modern changes within the EU society across the EU and UK be able to create multidisciplinary educational materials and bespoke courses for her clients within those fields.
Aleksandra also works closely with internal and external businesses, committees and organisations. The main focus is on expanding entrepreneurship and educational resources, scenarios and projects across Europe.
Since Aleksandra started the business over 10 years ago in the UK, she trained over 10000 customers and worked with over 200 businesses across the EU
She is the Board Member of the Polish Advice Board of Polish Embassy Ministery of Foreign Affairs in London. She works close to Polish Embassy (Ministery of Foreign Affairs)& Polish Consulate (Ministery of Foreign Affairs), Polish City Council in Oświęcim and Cracow. She’s is a Board Member of Independent Advisory Group for West Yorkshire Police and a Board Member of HATE CRIME panel for West Yorkshire Police.
