THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: to introduce the ESG topic, raise the professional competences of FXBW and EDUS employees as well as SMEs and sole traders, ESG management staff and non-financial reporting obligations in accordance with the new regulations and the CSRD directive.
The aim of the PROJECT is also to create new tools and a catalogs of competences of the „ESG Leader” – development of competences in the field of sustainable management in the organiSation – SME workshops and tools
As part of the project, FXBW and EDUS will undertake ACTIVITY 1 & 2. This includes research, interviews, reports, workshops F2F & online, 10 case studies; 30 worksheets; compendium of knowledge / ESG legal regulations; Tips for SMEs; 1 template of a non-financial report; EPALE articles on ESG; ESG Handbook for SMEs, Online Networking / Seminar, ESG Leader Training. Materials and tools promoting good practices will be innovative as well as the ESG Leader training program in the SME sector.
Project results: 1 questionnaire of a survey examining the needs of the MSME sector in the field of ESG, 1 IDI and 1 FG questionnaire, 6 articles (ESG TOPIC) for the EPALE platform (4 Poland, 2 Ireland) 1 innovative training program for the ESG Leader, 14 case study (4 Poland, 10 Ireland), 4 ESG podcasts, 10 document templates, 30 worksheets, 1 Compendium of knowledge ESG legal provisions with commentary; 1 non-financial report – template, 1 universal ESG manual for small entrepreneurs for SMEs
