December 2023 | Project kick off
With great pleasure, we announce that today, December 1, 2023, we have officially launched the implementation of the project VET Education for Entrepreneurship Development. This project is co-funded by the European Union. The project aims to support young people and future entrepreneurs by developing an innovative educational program that will help participants better prepare for professional and economic life.
In the first phase of the project, labor market research will be conducted to identify the key competencies needed in the current business environment. The collected data will be used to develop a training program, which will be tested in a pilot phase in the next stages.
The project will be carried out in cooperation with international partners from Lithuania and Ireland, and its results will be widely disseminated during events held in Poland, Ireland, and Lithuania. We are excited about the opportunity to support the development of professional and entrepreneurial skills that will have a real impact on the future of young people.
We invite you to follow our activities and project progress on our website and social media channels.
December 2023 – First International Meeting | Poland FEDE
We are happy to share that we have successfully completed our first project meeting as part of the VET Education for Entrepreneurship Development initiative. The meeting took place in Warsaw, Poland, hosted at the FEDE office. Partners gathered to shape and plan the upcoming work within the project.
During the meeting, we discussed the project timeline and key deliverables for the next phases. We also reviewed the current status of research activities and aligned expectations between partners. The session allowed us to clarify roles, responsibilities, and communication methods.
Together, we outlined the steps for developing the educational program and planning the pilot implementation. The meeting strengthened our collaboration and set a solid foundation for effective project delivery. We are excited to move forward with confidence and shared vision. We discussed the launch of focus group research and plans for developing the educational program.
Partners had the opportunity to share their experiences and discuss the next steps in project implementation, including details of upcoming pilot phases and the release of the training program.
The meeting was crucial for strengthening international cooperation and establishing a detailed action plan for the coming months. A joint discussion of the findings from the current phase of the project allowed us to clearly define the next steps and ensured that the project will continue according to plan.
Stay connected to follow our progress and next milestones!

December 2023 | First Task
As of December 1, 2023, we have begun conducting focus group research with entrepreneurs and managers as part of the VET Education for Entrepreneurship Development project. The research will continue until February 29, 2024, and constitutes a key element of the first phase of our project.
The goal of the research is to identify the key labor market needs in the context of professional competencies that are essential both for employees and for future micro-entrepreneurs. Discussions with managers and entrepreneurs will allow us to better understand the requirements of the modern market and the challenges employers face.
The information collected will serve as the foundation for developing an innovative educational program aimed at improving young people’s adaptability in the labor market and supporting them in developing their entrepreneurial skills.
We warmly encourage you to follow the progress of our research and the results, which will be widely presented in the upcoming stages of the project.

February 2024 | Research
We are pleased to announce that as of February 29, 2024, we have completed the focus group research with entrepreneurs and managers within the VET Education for Entrepreneurship Development project. The research, conducted from December 1, 2023, provided valuable insights into the key competencies and skills required in today’s labour market.
Conversations with managers and entrepreneurs helped us better understand employers’ expectations for future employees as well as the challenges faced by business owners. The results of this research will serve as a foundation for developing an innovative educational programme that will support young people and future micro-entrepreneurs in building the skills necessary for effective participation in the labour market.
We are now proceeding to prepare the research report and to design the training programme, which will be piloted in the next phases of the project.
We would like to thank all participants for their involvement and valuable feedback, which will help us create a programme aligned with real labour market needs. Stay tuned for further updates on the project!
March 2024 | New tasks
We are pleased to announce that on March 1, 2024, we launched the CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interview) research among entrepreneurs and managers, which will run until May 31, 2024. This research is a key component of the VET Education for Entrepreneurship Development project and aims to gather a wide range of data regarding labour market needs and the professional competencies required by both employees and micro-entrepreneurs.
The CAWI method allows us to efficiently collect opinions from a larger group of respondents, enabling us to gain a more comprehensive understanding of current employer expectations. The data obtained will play an important role in developing an educational programme tailored to real market conditions.
We invite entrepreneurs and managers to participate in the survey, which will help us better understand employer needs and prepare young people for effective participation in the labour market.
June 2024 | End of Reserach Task
We are pleased to announce that we have completed the CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interview) research within the VET Education for Entrepreneurship Development project. The study, conducted since March 2024, has provided valuable insights into the key competencies required in today’s labour market.
The CAWI results, collected in Poland, Ireland, and Lithuania, will serve as a foundation for developing an educational programme designed to better prepare participants for professional and economic challenges.

June 2024 | Work in progress
We have started work on preparing the summary report of the CAWI and focus group research conducted within the VET Education for Entrepreneurship Development project. The report development phase will continue until August 31, 2024.
The purpose of the report is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the collected data regarding labour market needs and the key competencies required from employees and micro-entrepreneurs. This report will serve as the foundation for creating an innovative educational programme aimed at supporting the professional development of young people and future entrepreneurs.
Once the report is completed, it will be shared with project partners and will form the basis for the next stages, including the development of the training programme, which will later be tested in a pilot phase.
We invite you to follow our continued project progress!

We are happy to share that we have successfully completed the development of Module 3: Leadership, Collaboration, and Effective Communication of the DISCO Method Program, in line with the project timeline scheduled for 30.09.2025.
The module has been fully designed as a comprehensive, full-day learning experience combining lectures, interactive workshops, simulations, and guided study sessions.
The module focuses on strengthening leadership awareness, collaboration skills, intercultural competence, effective communication, and change management.
It includes practical elements such as leadership style diagnosis using the DISC model, crisis management simulations, digital transformation scenarios, performance management tools, and study sessions on leadership psychology, motivation, diversity, and inclusive leadership.
Following the completion of this module, we are currently preparing for the pilot phase, which will involve 20 participants.
20 participants during the testing phase scheduled for 1.10.25 – 31.01.2026 will be guided through our draft of the program via self-reflection, group work, and applied case studies, with clear learning outcomes and competency development defined throughout the program.
The pilot will serve to test the structure, content, learning flow, and assessment approach of the module, as well as to gather feedback from participants and facilitators. The results of the pilot phase will be used to refine and optimize the module prior to wider implementation.
This document is presented as a draft for consultation, and feedback from partners and stakeholders is welcome to further improve the quality, relevance, and practical applicability of our module.
